General
1Where is the event taking place?
Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, Harbourway, Bristol, BS1 5LL
2What are the opening times for the Main Event?
13:00 – 23:00 pm | Last Entry – 16:30 pm
3Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?
There are no pass outs at Where We Belong Festival at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre.
4How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID?
You will need to be 18 or Older. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon Entry and at All Bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID.
5Can I bring a bag?
Yes, you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags into the event.
6Can I bring in flags or banners?
You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted.
7Can we bring suncream with us?
Yes, but no glass bottles.
8Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant?
Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.
9Is there anywhere to charge my phone or leave my belongings?
This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.
10Can I bring food & drink into the Festival?
No food, drink or alcohol is permitted into the Festival area. There will be food and drink available to purchase on site. Free drinking water will be available. Bag-checks will be in place on entry.
11Can I bring an umbrella into the Festival?
Small umbrellas are permitted, but we ask that you please be considerate of other audience members nearby and behind you.
12Can I bring seating into the Festival?
Camping chairs and deckchairs are NOT permitted into the Festival. Blankets, loungers, inflatable seating, gazebos, tables and other structures are also NOT permitted.
13Can I bring a camera into the Festival?
The use of small/hand-held cameras for personal use is permitted. Drones or medium-large camera set ups are not permitted at the festival unless authorized.
14Is there a Dress Code?
It’s a Festival style event, go wild!
15Is The Event Outside?
This is an outdoor, open-air event. Please check the forecast beforehand to dress appropriately according to the weather. Please come prepared with whatever you need for the day as you cannot leave and re-enter the festival. No refunds will be provided due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Tickets
1How Much Are Tickets?
Early Bird Tickets are live on sale from Friday 6th February at 10am, with General Admission Tickets starting from £42.00.
2Do you have Payment Plan Tickets available?
Payment plans will also be available for purchase, click Tickets at the top of the page.
3What is included With VIP Entry?
VIP Tickets Includes fast track entry, Private Bar, Posh Loos & Access to elevated viewing point.
4Will you be releasing the Set Times?
All Set times will be released on the week of the event.
5Can I Purchase Tickets on the day for Where We Belong Festival?
Tickets need to be purchased well in advance as the festival is anticipated to sell-out very quickly based on demand.
6Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets for this event?
Unfortunately, once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. – If in the unlikely event the event cancels or changes date then you will be offered a refund.
Travel & Parking
1How do I get to the event?
Please follow directions for Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, this may also be referred to as Lloyds Amphitheatre or Bristol Amphitheatre on certain navigation systems - Once approaching the event site, please switch off your sat nav and follow directional event signage, event stewards will also be in position to guide you on to site safely.
2Where is the nearest car park to Canons Marsh Amphitheatre?
There is no on-site event parking for this evening. However, there is nearby parking a short walk away from the venue, available at Millenium Square Car Park (Operated via Pay & Display) this cannot be pre-booked.
3Will there be a Coach drop off/pick up point at Canons Marsh Amphitheatre?
This is something that we are working on for now and will keep you updated if this becomes available.
4Will there be a drop-off system on-site?
A regulated Drop-off system with a one-way turning circle will be in place outside of Canons Marsh Amphitheatre.
5Can I leave my vehicle on-site overnight?
There are no facilities to leave your vehicle on site after the event ends, all vehicles must be recovered.
6Where is the nearest train station to Canons Marsh Amphitheatre?
Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, Station Approach, off Bath Road, Bristol, BS1 6QF Distance from Canons Marsh Amphitheatre – Approximately 15-minute drive.
Food & Drink
1Will there be Food & Drink available?
We have a fully stocked bar offering: Beers, Ciders, Spirits, Cocktails as well as Non-Alcoholic alternatives & Soft Drinks, free drinking water Is also available. We have a wide selection of award-winning festival food vendors for you to choose from. The selection will be available to view nearer to the time of the event.
2Do you cater for allergies/intolerances?
Yes, we cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. We still strongly recommend that you check menu’s before purchasing any food.
3I have a condition and require medication with me?
Any form of prescribed medication, or controlled drug will have to be pre-approved and documented for lawful use before attending the event – for more information please email info@newvisionevents.co.uk. Unless this is clearly evidenced to the events team, this will not be allowed to be brought into the event.

2Do you have disabled facilities?
The event is on a field with disabled access & disabled facilities.
3I am registered disabled and/or have a blue badge, is there Parking on-site / Is this via Pay or Display or can it be pre-booked?

4Are Service Dogs Permitted?
Unfortunately, no animals are permitted into the event arena, with the exception of registered guidance & assistance dogs
